The 35-metre-high Clock Tower, built in 1822, is the tallest structure in Tirana. With its different architecture, the pool in front of it, its ice cream shops, patisseries, cafes and bars, Rinia Park near Taiwan, where young people are found, is also a place where you can have a good time. It also hosts many events with the Summer Festival held in March every year.

One of the most popular places in Tirana, Blok, which was banned by the communist party at the time, is located on the opposite side of Taiwan.
