These Terms of Use describe the rules and conditions that must be followed when using Turna.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website/Site"). Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By using the Website, you agree, declare and undertake that you accept the contents of these Terms of Use in advance and that you adhere to the Terms of Use.
The Company reserves the right to change any of the services and products existing in the Site and its extension, terms of use of the Site and the information provided on the Site, to reorganize the Site and to cease publication of the Site without prior notice. Changes shall come into force as soon as its publication on the Site. Users logging in and using the Site shall mean that they also accept these changes.
Third party suppliers serves as an intermediary service provider for hotel, flight reservations, scheduled and charter flight tickets, accommodation, car rental, transfer, holiday packages, and similar booking and sales transactions for all tourism services provided on the Site.
The insurance services available on the site will be provided by Tamamlıyo Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. using the infrastructure of Tamamlıyo Teknoloji A.Ş. The user shall be deemed to have read and accepted the Personal Data Processing Consent Form of Tamamlıyo Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. and all other documents related to the insurance terms available on the site.
In order to obtain "Membership" status, the person who wishes to become a "Member" must fill in the Membership Form on the Site, approve the Terms of Use of Turna.com, fill in the membership form with true information in accordance with the information requested, and the membership application shall be evaluated and approved by the "Company" and the natural person who wishes to become a member shall be over the age of 18.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is obliged to ensure the security of his/her passwords. The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she shall not give the user name and password given to him/her to others, that he/she is responsible for the preservation of these, that the Company shall not be responsible for the damages that may arise if the password is stolen by third parties, that he/she shall lose all rights arising from membership, all rights, and gains related to membership shall be revoked and any measures shall be taken if the username and password are abused and/or used by someone else.
The Member also accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she may only benefit from the rights and opportunities provided by the Company as long as his/her membership continues and that he/she shall not benefit from the accumulated bonus and other vested rights in case of termination of his/her membership.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that his/her contact information (GSM number, e-mail address, etc.) may be used by the Company in order to be informed about the products and services to be provided by the Company, the field of business of the Company or updates on the Website.
In the event of a violation of the Terms of Use by the Member, or in the event of a complaint about such violations, the Company may deny the Member's access to the Website and cancel his/her membership without prior notice. The Member acknowledges that his/her membership may continue as long as he/she fulfills all the Terms of Use. In this case, the Company reserves the right to recourse to the Member in question with regard to all claims, charges and/or reimbursements that may be raised by the third parties and/or competent authorities against the Company.
All rights of the Turna.com logo, all articles, graphics and pictures in the content of the Site are reserved. It may not be used without permission for commercial or other purposes.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that in accordance with the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, all material and moral rights and source codes of all content of the Site (text, data, graphics, images, logos, button icons, database, design, software and other elements related to Web Site content) exclusively belong to the Company, that he/she shall not reproduce, disseminate, process, publicize this software in any way, shape, or form, and that he/she shall not publicize it by means of signal, sound and/or image transmission, including digital transmission and that he/she shall not use it in contradiction with the provisions of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and/or make it available to third parties and his/her employees.
Unauthorized use of all financial rights in relation to the content, design, and software of the Website (including, but not limited to, processing, reproduction, dissemination, representation and public offering) shall be deemed to be a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she shall be responsible for the content and accuracy of the passenger information entered into the Site, that no changes shall be made after entering the information into the system, and that in case of any damage, the User/Member shall assume full responsibility.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company shall not be held responsible for any disputes, damages and/or claims that may arise between the Supplier companies and the User/Member about the services provided through the Site and that the sole addressee is the actual provider of the relevant service.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company makes no commitment to ensure that the content received from suppliers and/or intermediary institutions on the Site is accurate, complete or uninterrupted and that the Company shall not be liable for damages caused by disconnection and communication disruptions caused by internet infrastructure and telecommunication service providers.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company pays utmost attention to the accuracy of the information announced on the Website obtained from the suppliers and/or intermediary institutions, but that the Company shall not be held responsible for the lack of quality and availability of the services received or requested.
The User/Member acknowledges that the products on the Website are regulated by and under the responsibility of the relevant suppliers and/or intermediary institutions and that the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier apply to the terms and conditions of the relevant contents on the Site.
The Company acts as an intermediary between the User/Member and the Supplier about the services it provides on the Site. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company shall not be held responsible for any failures that may occur in the services mediated by the Company on the Site.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company shall not be held responsible for any inconveniences in the services provided by the Company through the Site and Support Center that may occur beyond its will such as political events, strikes, supplier bankruptcies, minimum number of passengers, changes in interstate relations, civil commotions, weather conditions, natural disasters, and technical problems.
The User/Member shall provide name, surname, e-mail address, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, telephone number, TR Identity Number for Turkish Citizens, Passport Number for Foreign Citizens when making a purchase of a product or service through the Website. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company shall not have any responsibility due to the lack of such information, incomplete or incorrect information.
The Company shall send an electronic message to the contact details entered by the User/Member during the transaction in order to inform the User/Member of the provided product or service.
Payments shall be made by credit card or debit card for all purchases made through the Site. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the debit or credit card used for payment shall be a member of the 3D Secure system. The 3D Secure system is a system that prevents unauthorized use of the cardholder's debit or credit card by third parties and secures it against possible risks. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is solely responsible for the purchases made with the 3D Secure system through the Site, he/she shall not object the expense for the payments made with the 3D Secure system, and even if he/she objects, the objection will not be valid as the transaction is realized with the 3D Secure full verification system.
The Company uses the E.V. certificate (green bar) on the Website. The E.V. certificate is a private and secure SSL certificate that provides enterprise information security with 128-bit encryption algorithm in data transmission. The debit/credit card information of the Members/Users are not recorded and stored by the Company in any way. Debit/credit card information is only used by the bank or payment institution in due course of the purchasing transaction. In order to facilitate their next purchasing process, Members/Users may ensure that their debit/credit card information is stored through the secure infrastructure provided by PCI DSS certified institutions through the Website. Card Storage Services infrastructure, which is PCI DSS certified and licensed by the BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency), stores the information contained in the debit/credit cards, simplifies the Authentication and Authorization steps and enables debit/credit cardholders to use a secure and easy payment tool. A booking or service purchased on the Site may not be transferred to another person and no name change may be made.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that in case of a refund for the services purchased through Site, the refunds shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service provider and the said refunds shall be made to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase and also if requested, it shall be made to the bank account number provided that the IBAN number is specified.
Passengers must carry their passports and identity cards in their travels and accommodations abroad that are purchased on the Site, and they must carry their identity cards in Cyprus travels, and if the minor child travels with only one of his/her parents, the other parent must give a notarized consent.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company does not have any liability in case of any lack of transactions related to passport and visa procedures, incomplete visa procedures for the country to be traveled, control and/or reminder of these procedures and/or prevention of exit due to personal reasons (tax liability, lack of transit visa etc.) caused by the passenger itself and he/she shall assume full responsibility for the cancellation and delay that may occur for these reasons.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Provider for all of the services purchased through the Website and/or Support Center, if the Service Provider makes changes in these terms and conditions, the current information shall be valid, and for each cancellation, refund and change transaction each Service Provider may have different practices and penalty fees.
It is possible to make reservations for up to 7 passengers at once while making reservations on the Site. On the Site, children cannot be booked alone on domestic flights. Children can only be booked with an adult.
Optional booking can be made on the Site, depending on airline and flight/price class. Each airline's ticketing option will appear on the screen below your reservation. It is incumbent on User/Member to track this option. To purchase your optional reservations, you must make the purchase via the system before the option date/time.
The option periods for your optional reservations may be changed by Airlines. If the Airline communicates this information to the Company, the Company shall notify the e-mail and/or mobile phone number entered in the reservation record. The Company has no responsibility for not issuing the ticket within the option period. The User/Member is fully responsible for not issuing the ticket within the notified option period.
It is not possible to change the reservation and parkour on the Site after purchasing the ticket. You may only cancel your optional reservations from the system. If you wish to make a reservation or parkour change, you should contact the Support Center.
Since it is obligatory to present an ID for discounted ticket (Disabled, Seaman, Veteran, Worker, Companion, and Family) purchases, these transactions are carried out only through the Support Center and no discounted tickets are sold through the Site. Discount rates vary by airline.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will send the necessary documents to the Company regarding the passenger discounts applied by the supplier airlines. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company reserves the right to cancel the discounted tickets which are not documented otherwise, and he/she shall also pay the company all kinds of sanction fees such as penalties and indemnities from the airline and/or other related institutions due to illegitimate discounted ticketing without relevant document.
For reservations made through the Website, the baggage allowance determined by the airlines according to a domestic or international flight, remote, medium or close distances are essential. If you exceed your baggage allowance which will be displayed on the airline tickets purchased through our Site or Support Center, the airline shall be entitled to charge per kg and/or piece. Some Airlines will charge an extra fee if you wish to carry music, sports, personal life tools with yourself.
In case of need for wheelchairs within the airport or into the airplane for health reasons, additional seats, baby basket or special travel arrangements they may charge extra or additional fees. Please contact our Support Center to request help for all these requirements. Child passengers not older than 0 to 2 years shall not travel alone. They may travel with the parent/authorized person or with the accompanying cabin crew. In the case of an accompanying cabin crew, child fee will be charged and also the OW (One Way) fee for the cabin crew will be charged by the airline.
Child passengers at the age of 7-11 who are allowed to travel alone by their parent or legal representative and have reached the age of 7, but have not celebrated their 12th birthday on the day of the travel, are provided an accompanying cabin crew service upon request. Child discount is applied. If the passenger is inadequate to assist in matters such as check-in and/or customs clearance, a cabin officer shall be assigned for a fee if it is deemed necessary by the airline. Accompanying passenger status may vary according to airlines. Detailed information can be found on the websites of the respective airlines. In case of any dispute, airline rules apply.
Please note that there are additional conditions associated with this fee, other than ticket fares. Some tickets are not eligible for change and/or refund.
Airlines may charge baggage, airport check-in, preferred seat selection, in-flight entertainment & communication systems, wheelchair service, food, drinks, and snacks separately. Such additional services may not be included in the flight ticket, in which case additional fees must be paid directly to the airline. Our Company is not liable for such additional costs that may arise.
The maximum recommended pre-flight time in the airport is 120 minutes before departure for international flights and 90 minutes before departure for domestic flights. Some airlines may require confirmation of return flight 72 hours in advance. Confirmations not directly notified to the Airline by the Customer may cause the flight to be canceled.
The flight route specified on the ticket must be used in order. Pass or return tickets for skipped or non-realized flights may void the ticket completely.
A direct flight is defined as a Non-Stop flight. It specifies that there will be no need to change aircraft during the travel. In some cases, the pause is for fueling and passengers who will fly directly are generally not taken off. However, the User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company shall not be responsible for any delays and damages that may arise in case the passengers are landed or transferred to another aircraft for any reason.
Airlines may refuse to carry female passengers with a pregnancy period of 28 weeks or more on an outbound and/or return flight. The customer shall confirm this information if necessary. The baby passenger must be under 2 years of age to travel.
For domestic flights, in some cases, two one-way tickets are arranged to create combinations of different airlines for outbound and return flights in order to benefit from more convenient, affordable and special fares. This means that there will be two separate reservation records. (one for an outbound flight and the other for a return flight). It should be noted that both reservations will have their own rules. If you have to cancel one of these flights, the other will not be affected and you will not have to pay additional fees and penalties for the remaining flight ticket. This also means that the return flight (or vice versa) will not be affected unless an outbound flight is used. Changes or cancellations made to a reservation do not affect the other flight reservation and the rules for the current flight shall remain in force.
The departure dates and times shown on the Website are adjusted according to the official times of the relevant organizations and the Supplier may change these dates and times. In the event that the Supplier notifies the Company, the Company shall communicate the said reservation information to the mobile phone number and/or e-mail address specified by the User/Member at the time of the reservation. It is assumed that sent notifications (SMS and e-mail) are delivered and received on the date of transmission. The User/Member is responsible for the accuracy of the e-mail address and the mobile phone number which must be notified in the reservation record made through the Site and/or Support Center.
The Company shall not be held liable severally and/or with transportation and accommodation organizations jointly for failures, accidents and losses that may occur in transportation vehicles, sightseeing places, and accommodation facilities, and the damages, claims, additional expenses and obligations that may arise due to these regardless of their source and cause.
Cancellation and refund transactions regarding domestic and international flight reservations made through our Website shall be made by the User/Member through our Support Center at the reservation stage or after ticketing.
For airline ticket cancellations, rules are applied depending on the flight class and price level. Promotional tickets cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
In case the cancellation-refund-change transactions are made directly on the airline where the ticket is purchased, all flight-related transactions must be tracked through the airline where the change is made and the ticket is purchased. In such a case, the Company and the Site do not have any obligation to send e-mails and SMS for information purposes.
For payments made via the Website, refunds of the refundable tickets are made first to the user's membership as bonus if bonus is used in payment, and then to the credit card. Refunds made to the credit card are only made to the credit card used at the ticket purchasing process. In the event that the credit card used for payment has expired or has been canceled,
Transaction fee will be charged for cancellation/refund and change transactions. In the event of cancellation/refund transactions, the Service Fee collected during the ticketing shall not be refunded. In addition, any benefit such as bonus, discount etc. earned by the Member by means of the transaction shall be revoked.
All reservations made on the Website are automatically checked by the airline systems. In accordance with the reservation rules, only one of the reservations that are found to be duplicated shall be valid and all other records will be canceled without prior notice.
Each flight reservation that you make through the Website consists of the net flight amount, taxes and service charge. Airline companies have the right to change the fees they apply without prior notice. Fees are priced according to the daily exchange rates. The Company has the right to reflect the exchange rate differences to the User/Member until the full amount is paid, and the User/Member shall be liable to pay any such exchange differences upon request. The Company shall not be held responsible for price differences that may occur due to reasons outside the control of the Company, such as price increases that may occur during the booking option period and changes to the tax rates by the government.
Before proceeding with the purchasing step, you must make sure that you make a selection by using the ticket's voidable & refundable or non-refundable feature.
In the cancellation and change transactions of non-promotional tickets and the tickets for flights less than 12 hours to the flight time, the fee rates are reflected in line with the penalty practices determined by each airline individually.
The translation of these Terms of Use into different languages is purely for assistance, and the binding version of the text between the parties shall always be in Turkish.
By accepting this Terms of Use, the User acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted the "Privacy Policy", the "Disclosure Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data" and the "Turna.com Cookie Policy".
In its sole discretion, the Company may amend this Agreement unilaterally at any time it deems appropriate by posting it on the Site. The amended provisions of this Agreement shall become effective on the date of their announcement, while the remaining provisions shall remain in force and shall have effect and bear consequence.
The liability of the Company for the services provided through the Site by offering intermediary service, to the extent permitted by law, shall be limited to the total amount of the User/Member's reservation.
Should any provision of this Terms of Use become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions.
This Terms of Use is subject to Turkish law and the Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Bakırköy) are authorized for any legal transactions and any disputes that may arise between the parties.
The User/Member hereby agrees, declares and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted this Terms of Use and confirms that the information he/she has given about him/her is complete and correct.
